Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work on multiple aspects of business development including sales, brand management and business expansion
  • Actively engage and reach out to high potential buyers and sellers to be part of the Works' platform and proactively identify new business opportunities.
  • Co-create business development plan and roadmap and ensure that it is aligned with Works' overall strategic direction.
  • Support various business development initiatives to ensure it meets company’s objectives.
  • Develop customer centric (buyers/sellers) initiatives by representing the voice of the client in all initiatives with the aim of providing a positive experience and build long term relationships with our buyers and sellers.
  • Prepare and deliver regular business reviews to management on progress, roadblocks and solutions to increase customer adoption (buyers/sellers).
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.


Requirements

  • Strong in relationship building and have the maturity to handle and relate to a wide range of people at all levels.
  • Must be extremely organized and bring a high level of attention to detail and efficiency while working under tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate integrity and professionalism, with a customer-centric and data-driven decision-making mindset
  • High levels of creativity
  • Must be well-organized, well groomed & possesses amicable disposition
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills are a must.
  • Excellent command in written and verbal English
  • Enthusiastic, results-oriented and able to work independently
  • Meticulous with an ‘eye’ for details
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment and handle pressure well
