Works Pte Ltd – Software QA Intern

Responsibilities

• Conducting post-release and post-implementation testing on both Mobile and Web.
• Executing manual/automated test cases and analyzing results.
• Performing functional testing of features for release cycles, including executing test cases, raising defects and maintaining defect logs.
• Raise defects / issues found during user testing and follow through.
• Notify IT support team immediately on critical issues.
• Re-testing on fixed issues.
• Informing the development team of any business flow that seems incorrect.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any fields.
• Experience in QA testing/UAT/test case writing is preferred.
• Excellent command in written and verbal English and conversational Chinese (Mandarin)
• Meticulous attention to detail with a positive attitude and perseverance required to report observations and defects to developers.
• Highly goal driven and can work well in a fast-paced environment.
• A self-starter and a strong team player who demonstrates high level of resilience and can manage multiple stakeholders.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed.
