- Quality check hotel listings on WorldRoamer's website
- Research and compile a list of hotels within the targeted destinations
- Pitch and negotiate with the targeted hotels to sign up as WorldRoamer’s partners
- On-board and provide training to hotels on the use of WorldRoamer’s system
- Liaise with hotels on any rate parity or room inventory issue based on market research and analysis
- Identify and provide recommendations on operational process and system gaps to improve workflow for hotels on-boarding
- Conduct user testing on WorldRoamer's website and systems to ensure that it is user-friendly and compliant with the business requirements
- Work with the marketing team on materials to promote hotels destinations and cross sell activities online
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to deliver assigned tasks/projects requirements
- Provide assistance to team leaders with work related to the travel platform
