Hotel Partnership Trainee Duties and Responsibilities
The scope of work during the Work Attachment will include, but not limited to:
- Research and compile list of hotels within the targeted destinations
- Pitch and negotiate with the targeted hotels to sign up as WorldRoamer’s partners
- Onboarding and provide training to hotels on use of WorldRoamer’s system
- Liaising with Hotels on any rate parity or room inventory issue based on market research and analysis
- Identify operational process gaps and provide recommendations to improve workflow for hotels onboarding.
- Work with marketing team on materials to promote hotels destinations and cross sell activities online
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to deliver assigned tasks/projects requirements
- Conduct user testing on WorldRoamer website to ensure that it is compliant with business requirements
- Any other related work that the team leads may require assistance on in relation to the travel platform
