Job Description

SALES REPRESENTATIVE

The primary task of the role is to drive & increase sales of WOW Kampung products among schools, corporate and governmental organisations. A part of the work would include the refinement and development of sales tools and materials to increase effectiveness of the sales process.  

The primary industry of focus: Primary & Secondary schools

Reporting to the Business Development Director with responsibility for:

  • Achieving sales targets and objectives
  • Driving new sales through cold calling, sales meetings, etc.
  • Ability to handle sales enquires
  • Development of new sales leads and marketing channels
  • Customer relationships management – ensure customer satisfactory, cross-sell, up-sell and maintaining customer relationships through value-adding services and programmes
  • Understand and feedback on market needs and opportunities
  • Proposal writing of standard products with some degree of variation
