The Operations Intern provides day-to-day support/services as assigned per business needs. The incumbent is responsible for delivering quality materials on time and communicates well. The Operations intern supports and collaborates with team members on technical and knowledge sharing aspects of the account.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Accountability for the day-to-day execution of tasks assigned on the business.
· Attend and facilitate (as appropriate) any status meetings, client meetings and client calls for follow-up
· Assist in the participation of documenting marketing guidelines and execution of operational/tactical aspects of updating relevant information
· Assist in monitoring both client and agency timelines, including oversight of campaign priority
· Act as a liaison between set departments with the ability to work independently
· Any other reasonable duties, functions or responsibilities assigned to you from
time to time
REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Understanding of agency functions / marketing terms
· Strong communication & comprehension skills in English
· Excellent organizational, time and self-management skills
· Detail-oriented, with confident follow through skills a must
· Strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum of a degree preferred – Marketing Technologies a plus+
· Comprehensive understanding of general marketing practices
· Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft .xls & .ppt
