The Social Media Intern will assist in servicing our growing roster of clients and demonstrate thought leadership and drive business solutions and opportunities in Social Media and Digital marketing to become a key player in the team.
- Grow and maintain client relationships by assisting in day-to-day account related matters
- Serve as a supporting source of up-to-date information on all social media landscapes and trends for clients
- Provide contact reports after meetings to the client/team and campaign/content briefs to internal brand team
- Write monthly content calendar briefs and campaign briefs and brief in creative and strategy team
- Ensure all client requests are met in a timely and service oriented manner
- Contribute to quality assurance at all points for daily and campaign levels
- Assist in maintaining, tracking and recommending client key performance indicators and benchmarks
- Act as brand guardian for all assigned accounts’ social media owned platforms by monitoring content performance and fan activity regularly with the help of monthly insights reporting
- Maintain a good understanding of client’s social objectives to ensure that quality of content and tone of voice is kept consistent across all social platforms
