You’re Singaporean, or PR. Or you are eligible for Singapore’s MOM Working Holiday Visa (you’re 18 - 25, an undergraduate or graduate of a university in Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom or United States. Or you are a foreign student studying in Singapore and Work pass exempt because you are studying at an international university or school accredited by MOM.
