XanPool is a global Payments and Liquidity Network like Visa or SWIFT, but instead of having a closed network of banks, our open network is made out of individuals and businesses, whose idle capital we use to settle cross-currency and cryptocurrency transactions.
This way we make settling all form currencies faster, cheaper, and lower risk. While also allowing our Liquidity Providers (the individuals and businesses) to earn yields of up to 2% a month.
In Q3 2021, we closed a US$27 million Series A funding round led by Valar Ventures, and we’re currently looking to double our team to over 150 members by the end of Q2 2022.
Our current products include XanPool.com and XanPay.com. XanPool is the public-facing brand that targets crypto native business, whereas XanPay.com is the public-facing brand that targets non-crypto businesses.
That's a rare opportunity to join a fast growing company at an early stage. Your will work closely with the senior tech recruiter as well as founders to scale the team. During the first months of work you will be given training where you will learn how to source & attract talented engineers.
This will be a broad role covering a variety of functions, including, but not limited to the hiring of Technology, Marketing, Sales and Business Development, Leadership, and Customer Service personnel.
What you’ll do:
- Recruiting process support, including but not limited to job advertisement, screening resume based on basic qualifications etc
- Collaborates with Senior recruiters to understand the needs and roles to be filled; reviews job descriptions for vacancies.
- Identify appropriate candidates and assess their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications.
- Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace.
- Manage the recruitment databases and other HR assets in structured and timely manners
- Develop and maintain a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent through various methods, including, but not limited to, networking within the community, contacting and/or visiting universities, attending local job fairs, and fostering continued contact with quality candidates who may qualify for future positions
What we’re looking for:
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Interest in tech is a huge plus.
