Job Description

Role Outline

Product inventory and procurement management

Provide commercial operational support to the Business Units

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure adequate inventory holding, maintain stock freshness to meet market demands and minimize stock write-offs.

Facilitate monthly demand planning meetings with the Business Units to develop in-market rolling demand forecast and stock ordering forecast.

Provide accurate, timely and efficient procurement of product inventory from manufacturing partners, suppliers and distributor to ensure timely arrival of stocks.

Work closely with supplier to proactively identify potential supply issues and minimize impact to demand.

Perform operation tasks e.g. co-ordinate damaged stock return and exchange with hospitals, prepare billing documents to distributor etc.

Generate business management reports for Management.

Minimum Requirements

1. Diploma with 1-2 years of relevant experience in related field.

2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and all other Microsoft Office Tools

3. Good communication both verbal and written.

4. Well organized with an eye for detail and good follow-up skills.

6. Able to multi-task to meet demands of fast-paced environment.

7. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
