The vast majority of the world’s payment system is based on credit cards. Xfers’ mission is to build an Internet Banking Payments API layer across Southeast Asia to facilitate trade across the region, so that the overall economy in the region can thrive and be seen as a cohesive economic region.
A big part of the mission is to grow the number of users who use and trust the product. As a member of a growth driven product team, you will be responsible for figuring out ways to quadruple the number of users who regularly use xfers for their payment needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong product sense. They should have a scientific mind and be interested in data-driven exploration. They should have an ability to think beyond simple growth hacks, and be able to drive wide-ranging product changes that lead to increased growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist in creating sales enablement and marketing content (blog, landing pages, email newsletter) for both B2C and B2B markets
- Design skills a plus
- Creating lead lists to reach out to target prospects and markets
- Assist in executing promotional campaigns that match target audience, including executing marketing initiatives and events
- Gather user feedback and user testing results
- Assist in tracking and analyzing performance growth e.g. customer success metrics, acquisition metrics
What you might need:
- Excellent written English communication skills (copywriting experience a big plus!)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word & Powerpoint
- Proficient in Google Docs & Slides
- Ability to use WordPress a plus
- Ability to use Photoshop, Illustrator etc. a plus
- Able to work independently
- Flexible and able to work in a dynamic team
- Enjoys the creative process and have a sense of humour
