Job Description

About the Team:

The People Operation team aims to provide a better employee experience in the organisation by improving its services such as employee engagement, workspace management, employer branding and more. The People Operation Intern will act as a supporter for the people operations team by assisting in projects to create a better working environment.

Job Scope:

  • Support in the data migration process for transition to new HRIS
  • Support in employee engagement activities for Singapore Office
  • Work closely with the People Ops team to plan and implement employees’ benefit initiatives in Singapore
  • Support daily operation tasks such as onboarding, answering queries from employees, data maintenance in HR systems etc
  • Manage, support and participate in all phases of new system implementation
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks given


What we are looking for:

  • A self-motivated team player who can perform with minimal supervision
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Detailed, meticulous and able to keep sensitive information confidential
  • Experienced in administrative roles and project management; preferably HR related
  • Proficient in Office tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft Excel and Word

Nice to Haves

  • Well-versed in general IT principles
  • Basic knowledge of HR function
  • Good project management skills
