Job Description

XINCAP GROUP (www.xincap.co) and its subsidiaries are looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to help handle the business units for our group. The desired candidate must be a self-starter, responsible and motivated individual who prides themselves in delivering results. He or she may be considered for conversion to a full-time position later and groomed to be senior management.

The EIR will be attached to one of the partners and may be dealing with clients independently past probation. Expect to learn  the industry ropes and eventually run a business unit of your own. Subject to performance, the EIR will be given equity options and will be fast-tracked and groomed to be Vice-President within 1-3 years.


Responsibilities

Xin Advisory:

Portfolio Management: To support partners in handling current clientele queries revolving around taxation, fundraising, accounting, regulatory, grants application and corporate secretarial information.

Product Management: To produce service catalogue and marketing collaterals for sales pitch and customer acquisition.


Xin Cleaning:

HR, Management & Operations: To project-manage all servicing for clientele such as ensuring employees (Cleaners, contractors and technicians) provide optimum delivery of services (Quality, punctuality, adherence to rules).

Growth Hacking and Business Development: To improve top-line (Revenue) and bottom line (Profits) of the company via marketing and perfecting of services rendered by staff.


Xin Food:

Product: To pioneer new product lines to cater to B2B and B2C market and work with licensed kitchens and food experts.

Sales & Distribution Strategy: To engage agents and customers, handling clientele queries and expanding sales network. EIRs will be tasked to handle certain portfolios and to expand revenue streams.

Marketing: To develop product image on social media platforms as well as design of packaging. EIRs will be tasked to continuously look at market perception of product as well as designing marketing strategies to help promote XinFood’s brands across different industries.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience in Business Development and other relevant business lines
  • Based permanently in Singapore
  • Fluent in English and preferably Chinese, with good communication skills (Verbal, writing and presentation) in both languages
  • Driven and independent individual who is able to thrive in a dynamic, changing and fast-paced work environment

Scope of Work

  • Coordinate finance functions: Set up procedures and prepare weekly invoices, payouts and cash reconciliation matters for the company
  • Coordinate sales and marketing functions: Prepare marketing materials, set up webpages and accounts with hiring and marketing sites (Facebook, Indeed, Carousell, Glints…)
  • Operations Coordination: Prepare manpower scheduling and consolidation of over 100 bookings per month with over 10 staff. (Mostly via WhatsApp and Google Sheets)
  • Customer Service: Manage job delivery expectations for both clients and cleaners on a daily basis – Consolidate customer profile for each booking and do follow-ups after each session
  • Accounts Management: Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Contract Negotiations: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Relationship Management: Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders
  • Website & Social Media Development: Maintenance of company website and social media platforms as well as curation of content for social media engagement
