Job Description
Provide administrative and claims support to the company through performing and organizing administrative activities and duties. 1. Claims
Handling of claims from clients and liaise with the company till the claim is closed
- Checking for complete documentation before submitting to principal for claim
- Updating claim data
- Liaise with client and principal for following-up and ensuring the claim progress smoothly
2. Admin
- Responsible for new clients applications and ensuring that all new applications must be submitted and uploaded into portal on a weekly basis
- Provide administrative support for immediate manager(s) for acquiring new business, renewing business, and processing the applications of this business
- provide post-sales support including database management (client data, policy summary & investment funds)
Requirements:
1. Efficient verbal and written communication skills ( English ), because all the documents are in English language.
2. Attention to detail and Systematic with good planning and organizational skills
3. Excellent interpersonal skills with Customer-service orientation
4. Takes initiative and is Reliable
5. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and work under stress
