About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and motivated UI/UX Designer with Front-End Development skills to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences and possess a strong foundation in front-end development, this opportunity is perfect for you! You will play a key role in designing and developing our company’s digital products, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and technically sound.
What You'll Do:
- UI/UX Design: Lead the design of our web and mobile applications, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that deliver an exceptional user experience.
- Front-End Development: Implement design concepts into fully functional front-end code using technologies such as AngularJS, React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaboration and Iteration: Work closely with developers and other team members to refine and iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and technical constraints.
- Component Libraries and Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and reusable component libraries to ensure consistency across all digital products.
- User Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and improve user engagement.
- SEO and Optimization: Apply SEO best practices and optimize designs for performance and scalability.
- Multimedia Integration: Integrate multimedia elements, such as videos and animations, to enhance user engagement and understanding.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong UI/UX Design Skills: Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Front-End Development Proficiency: Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks such as AngularJS, React, and strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Design Systems and Component Libraries: Experience in building and maintaining design systems and reusable component libraries.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into user-friendly designs.
- Detail-Oriented and Organized: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, polished work.
- Team Player with Strong Communication Skills: Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate design ideas clearly.
