Junior Japanese Cuisine Chef (Full-time)
- Preparing of fresh ingredients for Japanese cuisine, including sashimi, unagi, sushi and ramen
- Working together and supporting fellow chefs in the preparation of dishes
- Ensuring the highest quality of food being produced
- Managing and maintaining a strict level of hygiene in the kitchen and food stock
Job Requirements:
- Must have a strong passion for creating authentic Japanese cuisine
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for quality control
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to handle pork and speak Chinese language
- No experience welcomed. Preferably at least 1 year of experience.

Pay: $1,500 - $2,500 per month (Negotiable)
Working Hours: 6 days a week, 10:30 am to 3:00 pm and 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm
