Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner to our CEO. You will manage communications, organize schedules, and ensure the CEO’s day-to-day operations are seamless.

Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries, scheduling meetings, arranging complex travel, and maintaining documentation. If you have exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly, we invite you to apply.


Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for the CEO with internal and external clients. 

Assist CEOs to follow through projects and tasks assigned.

Handle incoming requests & queries appropriately. 

Manage the CEO's diary, schedule meetings and appointments and provide reminders. 

Manage travel arrangement (such as flight booking, airport transfers, visa application) and accommodation for CEO

Maintain files, databases, documents and contact lists for CEO. 

Handle paperwork and other administrative tasks.

Back up on HR administration and staff matters when require

Any other Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management.
