Job Scope and responsibilities of HR/Admin Assistant
· Full spectrum of HR duties including talent acquisition, performance management, total rewards management and maintenance of HR Records
· Familiar with Application, Cancellation, Renewal of work passes and related matters
· Posses good negotiation, communication and conflict resolution skills to communicate and explain organizational policies to other employees
· Conduct recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
· Working with recruitment agencies to source for specific job positions
· Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance
· Prepare and process timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip and full and final settlements
· Other administration duties as assigned
Requirements
· Diploma in Business Studies/Administration or Human Resource Management with at least 2 years relevant working experiences
· Good knowledge of Employment Act
· Time Management and Payroll Software : EasyPay
· Able to work independently
· Having Related Certificates is an advantage
· Only Singaporean/ PR to apply
