Yeap Transport Pte Ltd – Associate

The shortlisted candidate will be assigned to support the Management Team and Business Development and will be attached to one or more supervisor(s) to work on existing or new projects.

• To research and conduct market analysis, surveys, site visits, write, analyse and submit required proposals or documents in a timely and coherent manner to facilitate the successful progress of the project(s)
• Be involved in the development of (a) Marketing promotion and advertising plans that build our brands and create awareness (b) Support project teams on new channels of leads e.g. tenders or green field projects etc (c) Support, plan and implement strategies to meet the business needs (d) Work with Business Development team to identify opportunities to build new business
• Attend company’s meetings and support the meeting process with coordination, invitation, agenda development, presentations and recording of minutes
• Provide competitor and market analysis to determine the profitability of the company’s investment through deployment of strategic and tactical sales strategies

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must be able to commit at least 6 months of internship
• Strong undergraduate performances
• Bonus if prospective applicant is in engineering, IT/Comp Sc, Data Analytics, or Business Marketing or equivalent studies
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Candidate needs to be adaptable, meticulous and organized
• Effective team player and able to work independently under tight schedules
• Able to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
