Job Description
Retail Sales Associate - Part Time (Tai Seng)
Our brand ambassador with a passion for fashion and people! You're outgoing, dependable and enjoy interacting with people #extrovert.
Responsibilities:
- Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner
- Understands the brand, and helps drive sales
- Responds to enquiries and ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Maintaining outstanding store condition
- Recommend and display items that match customers' needs
- In charge of daily retail operations
- Handling sales transactions with care
- Other ad-hoc duties and assignments required by management
Requirements:
- Work shift: Wed-Sat, 12-7pm
- Location: Tai Seng
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English
- Passionate about customer service
- Friendly, helpful and engaging personality
- 18 years old and above
