REQUIREMENTS:
1) 1-2 years working experience in IT Helpdesk environment supporting ISP / Data Centre
2) Trouble Ticket Management : Fault Logging, Basic Network / System Troubleshooting, Escalations and Helpdesk Incident Management
3) Familiar with Network, System and Building Monitoring Systems alerts.
4) Experience with operation of commonly used information security solutions a plus
5) Basic DC Operations Support, eg: Hot-swop, inter-rack cabling, Power Cycle, escort, tape management, etc.
6) Good oral and written, communication skills
7) Require to do shift duty and be on standby.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1) At least ITE / Polytechnic graduate from an IT related programmed.
2) Preferably with CCNA / MCSA
