Job Description
  • To support and promote Branding and Image of the company
  • Utilise social media platforms for sales, marketing and hr
  • Draft copy / Send invitation for newsletters, website, social media and other marketing collateral
  • Assist in sales marketing technical (engineering) presentations for client pitches
  • Support website development and maintenance
  • Support the sales teams in preparation of material for client meetings
  • Search for trends on different sectors to support client pitches
  • Plans, executes, and tracks marketing campaigns/promotion.
  • Carry out competitive research
  • Conduct surveys to assess effectiveness of clients’ campaigns
  • Present survey findings, data and other insights in a coherent manner
  • Contribute to the building of data intelligence for the organisation
  • Regular and timely updates to databases to ensure accuracy of data from various sources
  • Administrative support as and when necessary
  • Vendors Management ~ Maintain good relationship with Vendors for marketing aspects
  • Make appointments thru social media invites, email or canvasing calls for sales and marketing agendas (eg : an IOTproducts promotion & awareness)
  • Organise event when requested
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties when required
