Yishion Singapore – Digital Marketing Intern (CRM)

Responsibilities

• Assist the marketing team in building, planning and implementing CRM and retail campaigns.
• Content creation and management of eDM and Telegram. 
• Monitor and conduct market research on membership programs and retail campaigns.
• Build community and acquisition programs to expand customer base.
• Manage relationship with customer and respond to issue related to customer.
• Keep member engaged through different digital channels and platform.
• Partnership and collaboration canvassing.
• Plan and execute membership related campaigns online and in retail.
• Perform CRM analysis.
• Update staff e-newsletter.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business or relevant courses.
• Proficient in Google Suites applications and MS Office.
• Good data management, ability to multi-task and well organised with good time management.
• Takes initiative and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good command of English and Chinese, with written communication skills.
• Knowledge in design software multimedia/editing software Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Indesign and Photoshop) or Canva.
• Marketing experience with basic understanding of CRM.
• Knowledge in Memberson CRM system would be a bonus but not a must.
