Job Description
Assist the marketing department in implementing online and offline campaigns.
Involved in the planning of online and offline marketing campaigns
- Content creation for EDM and social media
- Assist in the execution of campaigns
- Performance monitoring and competitor research
- Brand collaborations and sponsorships
e-Commerce and Social Commerce
- Yishion.sg website management and e-market platforms - assist in image uploading, product description and labelling
- Assist in the ecommerce order update and stock management
- Be involved in ecommerce photo shoot
- Development of e-banner and other online asset
CRM and Community Management
- Assist in membership campaigns and member events
- EDM scheduling and content creation
- EDM uploading and performance monitoring
- Telegram management
Social Media and KOL
- Content creation and posting
- Social media account management
- KOL liaison and management
Application Instructions
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office or Google Suites tools
• Design skills in editing software eg. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop/Indesign etc
• Ability to do motion graphic, gif and video is an advantage
• Knowledge in basic market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods, as well as numeracy skills
• Familiar with social media platforms, TikTok and ecommerce
• Good command of English and Chinese, with written communication skills
