YJT LLP is a rapidly growing Marketing Company specializing in providing online and offline marketing support for our Client. In recent times(2018) we worked on a few projects like F1, Colour Run, Amazing Maritime Challenge, Standard Chartered marathon by providing planning, manpower and logistic support for our Clients. While on a daily basis, we would be providing manpower assistance for many of our established clients for their marketing events/activations. Currently, we have an active pool of more than 40k part-timers on Telegram available for our deployment and we are hoping to get more people in our team to fulfill our company's expansion goals.
What You'll Learn
Managing a Team
- Oversee the activities of temp workers; hire, train and evaluate new temps; and ensure that client is satisfied with the manpower deployed
Gain insight into the wide-range of manpower deployment in the events industry
- Be exposed to behind the scene work as you work with many different big brands in running various marketing campaigns alongside big brands and companies
- Learn to work with the latest innovations and technologies as you manage part-timers in the most efficient way possible
YOUR TASKS
• Provide HR Administration support
• Assist in collation of payroll processing
• Assist in event manpower coordination
• Screening and interviewing of candidates
• Briefing event crew or Brand Ambassadors on job scope and details of the event
• Assist with other administrative duties as and when required
YOU’LL NEED
• Competent and responsible individual
• A “can-do” attitude
• Knowledge in MS Office Applications
• Good interpersonel skills
• No experience required as on the job training will be provided
