Leads Generation (Part-time, $15 / Hour)
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain cold leads from door visits to shopfront/retail businesses to engage with hiring/store managers and representing Bossjob.
- Collect HR/store manager information from storefront’s posters and other collaterals, minimally a contact email / contact number of the hiring manager be entitled to incentives
Salary & Incentive:
- Basic rate: $15/hr
- Every new job poster snapped with at least a contact email/number: $4
Requirements:
- Able to work for a minimum of 2 hours each time.
- Notify the team before every period the areas planned for canvassing
- Record locations and time spent on a specified Google Sheet
- Record number of businesses visited during the period.
- Record outcomes of each interaction (rejected/ took poster photo / met hiring manager/ obtained hirer contact)
- Record which business was given a gift card
- Understand and run through the script and raise any questions if unsure.
- Check covered locations and businesses before every shift to ensure that there is no overlap in locations/businesses approached.
Schedule:
- To be determined by Part-timers, agreed upon before commencement.
Minimal Commitment
- Part-timers need to indicate how many hours a week they can minimally commit and stick to it. This is so that payroll can pay this amount upfront and that the team can estimate the number of Part-timers a week.
- Part-timers can go beyond the minimal commitment provided they notify the team a day before they exceed the commitment.
