Responsibilities
- Handle full spectrum of Account Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger accounting and related matters;
- Maintain up-to-date financial analysis and report;
- Data entry and staff reimbursement claims;
- Maintain proper documentation and filing;
- Sales management
- Provide administrative support to Financial & HR Manager
Requirement:
- Major in Accounting, Finance,or Business Administration.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Words, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to liaise with English and Mandarin associates.
- 4 months and above
