Yonyou Singapore Pte Ltd – ERP Consultant Assistant Internship

Responsibilities

• Receive training about ERP products, ERP industry, and project management knowledge.
• Assist manager with ERP implementation with technology solutions to leverage on Yonyou ERP and Cloud Platforms to help our clients achieve business goals.
• Assist the Singapore development team lead to estimate and confirm the scope of customization, plan the development timeline, execute the plan throughout the project implementations and help client to achieve business goals.
• Assist manager with system tests, solve complex technical problems of the project, prepare technical documentation as well as other deliverables to meet the project requirements
• Provide pre-sales support, including product demonstration preparation, and technical solutions to explain;
• Summarize the best practice of the implementation project.

Requirements

• Be in the second or penultimate year of undergraduate studies in Accounting, Supply chain management, Information Systems, or other ERP-relevant backgrounds.
• Track record of outstanding academic performance and co-curricular activities
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and willingness to work on different projects
• Academic Training in Programming (i.e. Java, HTML. Web-Development, SQL) is preferred
• Fluent communication in Mandarin and Chinese to communicate with China counterparts, able to understand English and Chinese documents.
• Willing to have a short business trip
