Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver ERP implementation services including user requirement study, system configuration, integration testing, user training, report writing, and documentation.
  • Provide Pre-Sales support including requirement gathering and preparation of solution proposal, presentation, and demonstration.
  • Provide high-quality professional services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work in teams to design, test, and develop localization and customization of Yonyou ERP and Cloud products.
  • Investigate all reported problems/errors & initiate amendments & testing so that the system can operate correctly & efficiently.
  • Document all engagements including the creation of design documents, technical specifications, process documentation, specification, system deployment documents, ERP system integration, and interface documents and publishing reports as necessary.
  • Solve technical problems during project delivery and document technical project documents.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Accountant
  • IT knowledge preferred
  • Good planning and coordination skills
  • Strong writing, verbal communication and presentation skills in both Chinese and English to connect with customers
  • Possess strong interest in investigating and identifying causes of issues, and able to propose solutions to rectify the issue
