Yoshimura Food Holding Asia Pte Ltd – Accounts Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of accounts receivable/payable function
• Ensure timely and accurate billing of invoices, debit note & credit Note, rebate, payments
• Monitor and update collections and outstanding balances
• Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure smooth billing and payment process
• Generate and send Statement of account
• Handle customers’ inquiries.
• Generate AR / AR aging analysis report.
• Perform monthly intercompany reconciliation.
• Support IT-related and Finance automation projects
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
