About this role
We are looking for a Marketing Intern who is passionate about marketing and is up to date with the latest marketing trends.
This role requires someone who possesses a great mix of marketing and communications skills.
What You Will Accomplish:
Lead, own and drive the holistic You Tiao Man Marketing Vision, Strategy & Plan for Singapore, delivering on brand, business and member engagement
Act as an integrator and thought-leader between marketing and sales functions
Be a brand advocate as a part of the commerce team, partnering with all aspects of the business to design engaging consumer journeys
Build, plan and implement the overall marketing calendar
Manage and educate/train the rest of the team
Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
Manage all of our digital marketing channels: Facebook, Instagram, Google, Youtube
Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
Develop creative and appealing social media content to build up the company’s digital assets with creative designer and writer
What we would like you to have:
1-2 years of experience in Brand Marketing and/or Digital Marketing. Experience working with marketing analytics, deriving actionable insights and applying learnings.
1-2 years of hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Email Marketing software, Shopify, and CRM software.
Familiarity with web design is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Engineering/Science or related field.
Outstanding verbal, written and presentation communications skills
Proficient in English
Experience developing annual and quarterly digital marketing strategy and plans in order to meet overall business goals and critical milestones
Efficiently build You Tiao Man’s Online Store awareness and drive in new customers for deeper engagement
Experience in running digital marketing and demand generation activities for Shopee, Lazada, NTUC Online or other similar digital marketplaces
Proven analytical and numerical aptitude; well versed in site analytics tools and proficient in analyzing data for commercial and strategy decisions
Ability to drive a culture of always-on testing and learning, including the rapid application of consumer signals into strategy, planning and content iteration.
