YouApp – Marketing Intern

Responsibilities: 

1. Identify and adapt relevant evergreen content pieces for our Swishcast content library
2. Assist in monthly and quarterly reports including data gathering, data entry, and analysis of Leaderboard, Interest Groups, Interest Group Leaders, social media, website metrics, survey, post-event surveys, and other relevant metrics
3. Create basic design work using Canva/Photoshop for Swish assets
4. Perform administrative duties such as ensuring an efficient digital filing system on Sharepoint, cleaning up email lists, and ensuring marketing campaign mechanics are fulfilled
5. Assist in activations for events or interest groups meetups where necessary

Requirements:

1. Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
2. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Canva/Photoshop Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Previous internship or work experience in marketing or related field preferred
