YTL PowerSeraya, a wholly owned subsidiary of YTL Power International, provides value-added solutions in the electricity generation and retail of multi-utilities, and tank leasing. With a registered capacity of 2,047.7MW, it is one of Singapore's largest electricity generators.

As an Enterprise Risk Management Learning & Growth intern, you will have the opportunity to create engaging and informative training materials, including video content and applications that enhance learning outcomes and help the company build awareness and cultivate a strong Risk Management culture.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Enterprise Risk Management Team to identify learning needs and create tailored content.
- Develop, forge and maintain compelling and impactful learning materials.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of training material to boost learning outcomes.
- Remain abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and propose innovative solutions to enhance training delivery.
Qualifications:
- A diploma or degree in Multimedia Production, Education, Instructional Design or a related field.
- Proficient in video and audio editing software (e.g. Capcut, Audacity, etc).
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially PowerPoint and PowerBi.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and training applications is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
