Job Description
- Process vendor invoices for payments on a timely basis
- Follow up with business users for goods receipt
- Liaise with vendors for any discrepancies in vendor invoices
- Prepare invoices to customers as per the billing instructions provided by business users and GST requirements
- Liaise with customers for invoice issuance and disputes (if any)
- Preparing inter-company billing and withholding tax submission (if any)
- Support month-end closing activities
- Support audits, including financial year-end audit, internal controls audit, etc
- Any other ad-hoc duties
