Job Description

A key member of the Human Capital team, you will work closely with the line management to build, develop and manage organizational capabilities to achieve business objectives and goals.

Responsibilities:

Involved in a broad spectrum of Human Capital Management functions including:

  • Liaise and partner with hiring managers on the recruitment process to hire the best candidates
  • Support on the execution of the full recruitment cycle of potential candidates but not limited to sourcing, screening and selection, interviews and job offering
  • Overseeing end-to-end Onboarding, Offboarding and relevant HR documentation
  • Develop and support employee engagement, HR transformation and other ad-hoc projects

At the same time, you will have the opportunity to develop the Corporate Learning and Development framework.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Consulting / Management / Development / Psychology / Business or equivalent, with a strong interest in a career in Human Capital Management & Development
  • Independent, energetic and resourceful team – player with strong planning & organising, attention to details, problem solving, stakeholder engagement, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in designing collaterals will be advantageous
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • OJT and related training will be provided to build up competence in assigned areas
  • Internship period will be from May 2022 to August 2022
