Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our in-house legal team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for you to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate legal environment. You will assist the Legal team with various tasks, including the analysis and organization of legal documents, and supporting the review and development of company-wide legal and compliance policies as well as digitalisation efforts. You will also be involved in ad-hoc projects as appropriate.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of legal and corporate documents, including agreements and corporate resolutions
  • Assist in the refinement of legal document templates and policies
  • Assist in identifying areas for digital improvement and contribute to the implementation of digital tools and systems in the Legal team
  • Manage and maintain accurate filing systems for both physical and digital documents
  • Support the legal team with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Open to candidates pursuing a degree or diploma in law. Candidates having just completed their ‘A’ Levels will also be considered.
  • Meticulous, strong organisational skills, and attention to detail
  • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Knowledge or experience with Microsoft Office applications. Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and a keen interest in leveraging AI will be useful
