- Engage in active dialogue with business users and IT experts, to understand and document functional requirements with precision.
- Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders to elicit user stories and detailed business requirements for development teams.
- Assist senior business analysts in various business functions, offering support where necessary to streamline operations.
- Contribute to project documentation with a special emphasis on articulating business requirements and developing comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios.
- Liaise with the software development team to ensure a thorough understanding of business needs, aiding in the delivery of tailored solutions across all product releases.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related business field from a polytechnic or university.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong command of the English language with exemplary verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to engage with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Previous exposure to programming or software development will be considered advantageous.
