Job Description

As the Human Capital Specialist, you will work closely with the business leaders and line managers to build, develop and manage organisational capabilities to achieve business objectives and goals. Specifically, you will be responsible for staffing, performance management, talent management, employee relations and engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Business partner with the respective business units to provide value-added HR support and relevant advice pertaining to HR issues and provide support to various key HR initiatives and drive staff engagement programmes
  • Provide HR information and analysis for management review and analytical purpose such as headcount report
  • Work closely with education institutions for collaboration, internship opportunities & work-study programme
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding processes
  • Support offboarding & work pass management
  • Provide support on ad-hoc HR related tasks/projects

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Consulting / Management / Development or equivalent
  • Energetic and resourceful multi-tasker with strong planning & organising, problem solving, stakeholder engagement, people & conflict management, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
