Job Description

As a Learning & Growth intern, you will play a key role in crafting dynamic and informative training content to support the company’s learning needs – including developing video content, training materials, and applications designed to facilitate effective learning experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Technical Training Manager and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and create tailored content.
  • Develop, forge and maintain compelling and impactful learning materials encompassing manuals, handouts, instructional guides, videos, and more.
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of training applications to boost learning outcomes.
  • Assist in the evaluation of training effectiveness and contribute to efforts for continuous improvement.
  •  Remain abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and propose innovative solutions to enhance training delivery.

Qualifications:

  • A diploma or degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, Multimedia Production, or a related field.
  • Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere CC.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and training applications is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
