• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
• IMMEDIATE
• Able to commit minimum 3 months, contract renewable & convertible to perm
Job Duties:
• To assist in all admin & receptionist duties (paperwork / updating of listing / answering of phone calls / attend to visitors & etc)
• Coordination of logistics / deliveries
• To support / attend to new sales inquiries
• To assist in Ecommerce & Marketing (including Digital) efforts
• To assist in simple hands-on tasks: packing / sorting / counting of stocks (when needed)
• Basic housekeeping within the office area
• And other ad-hoc duties assigned
• SINGAPOREANS only
• Proactive, spontaneous, and cheerful personality
• Able to work independently
• Able to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
• With basic knowledge / experience with E Commerce management and social media platforms management (eg.facebook , Instagram, youtube) or familiar with basic graphic / video design tools such as Canva / PS will be an advantage.
• Proficient in MS office
• Able to converse in Mandarin & English to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts.
• No experience needed, but must be willing to learn and possess right attitude.
