RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To assist in administrative & operation (hands-on) duties: paperwork, data entry & etc
• Coordination of logistics for all orders (incoming & outgoing)
• To provide admin support to marketing & sales: research, prepare information on new products & etc
• Basic receptionist duties: to answer phone calls attend to queries over the phone, attend to visitors, booking of meeting room & etc.
• To be in-charge of the tidiness and cleanliness of office area
• And other ad-hoc duties assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
• Proficient in MS office
• Responsible & Independent & able to multi-task
• No experience required but must have proactive mentality & ready to learn
OTHER DETAILS:
• Must be able to commit minimum 3-6 months or longer
• Contract renewable / Convertible to PERM
• Bukit Merah
• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (1hr break)
• Remuneration: hourly rate + CPF + completion bonus
• Dress code: semi-formal / smart casual
• Only Singaporean & PR
