We are seeking a committed and organized individual to join us as our Admin & Sales assistant to support our daily office operations and sales team!
Responsibilities:
• To handle day-to-day admin & office operations duties
• Manage customers’ inquiries via phone and email
• Coordination of logistics / deliveries
• To assist in E-commerce & Omni Channel Marketing Efforts
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
• SINGAPOREANS only
• Able to converse in Mandarin & English to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts.
• Possess at least an O level/NITEC, or its equivalent.
• Proficient in MS office
• Able to work independently and multi-task
• With E Commerce experience/ knowledge is a plus
• Bukit Merah
• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
• IMMEDIATE
• $9.50/hr
• 6 months contract, renewable & convertible to perm
