Job Responsibilities
- Provision of support to the team in management of all Private Equity (PE) Investment projects including and not limited to:
- Tracking of capital repayments and dividend payments
- Cashflow projections
- Maintenance of files documenting the individual PE Investment projects
- Repayment letters and dividend payment letters, whenever necessary
- Support the establishment and structuring of new private equity funds including but not limited to preparation of fund documents and marketing materials
- Assist in liaising with the Project Management and Finance teams on project and cash flow updates
- Preparation of monthly Client Statements which consist of the performance summary of clients’ investment accounts, ZACD Project Summary and periodic market overview reports;
- Provide support and assistance on ad-hoc duties or whenever necessary
Job Requirements
- Undergraduates or poly graduates seeking a fulfilling internship experience
- Self-starter mindset and competent analytical skills with an eye for details
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Familiarity in the Real Estate Industry will be an advantage
- Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to commit for at least 3 months
