The Role in a Nutshell
The 3-month paid internship is a crash course in the world of Buying, introducing interns to all aspects of ZALORA’S purchasing cycle. The Buying intern will work closely with the buying team in a vibrant environment that fuses the dynamic worlds of fashion, technology and the Internet.
Tasks interns can expect to learn about and undertake include:
- Assist with daily data processing
- Assist in purchase order entry and create and maintain weekly reports
- Support the Buying team by preparing weekly selling reports to determine which items are saleable.
The ideal intern’s personality and qualifications are:
The ideal personality for this internship is a recent graduate or undergraduate who wants to gain the experience of working for a leading e-tailer.
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing
· Good communication and organizational skills
· Understanding of Buying/e-commerce industry is a plus
