The Role

As a Junior Onsite Associate, you'll be responsible for maintaining the overall look and feel of ZALORA’s website, from daily site maintenance to updating of products displayed. You’ll also have an eye for design and fashion, as you’ll be assisting with the online curation of the website, which would involve working with the design team to create marketing banners for the site.

Job Responsibilities:

• Report directly to onsite manager

• Liaise and coordinate with onsite team to complete everyday tasks

• Coordinate with buying team

• Update onsite

• Monitor quality of onsite

Job Requirements:

• Team player

• Meticulous, detail-oriented and ability to multi-task

• Good Microsoft Office skills

• Knowledge in basic HTML, project management and online marketing

• Experience in UI

• Proficient in English

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable with handling multiple projects at once
