Zalora – Private Label Intern

We are looking for an Intern for our Private Label Buying team. This role is based in Tanjong Pagar, Singapore.

Responsibilities :

• Supporting the Buying Assistant/Buying team with the order management in the women's wear team (creating orders, system maintenance) and provide follow up support where necessary
• Help to prepare and maintain the database and all information in our product lifecycle system being up to date and correct (LineSheet, Visual Range Plans)
• Support our buyers in operational and functional matters
• Work closely with interfaces, such as Design, Product Development, Planning
• Provide essential support in administrative tasks to the Buying Team (eg sorting of physical samples, daily post and parcel management)
• Dealing with the inbounding / outbounding of samples with third parties and be in charge of the sampling tracking
• In charge of the weekly reporting management analyzing sales / performances / best sellers
• You will be in touch with Operations and Production team to ensure the correct process of images upload to our website

Requirements :

• College student with emphasis in fashion management
• Strong communication skills
• Good project management skills and can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, hands-on mentality with the strong will to get things done
• Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and Adobe Illustrator will be a plus
• Knowledgeable of current fashion trends and have a good eye for anticipating upcoming trends
• Work easily and confidently in an international environment
• Fluent in English
• Mandarin/Cantonese language skills and knowledge of the SEA market are a huge plus
• Able to commit a period of at least 3 months 
• This internship must be a part of your university curriculum
