Job Description
Job Tasks:
- Assist and propose best practices for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to attain business objectives
- Assist with data management & email operations regionally
- Involved in coordination across various departments
Requirements:
- Minimum A'level or Diploma students. Undergraduates are also welcome to apply.
- Keen interest in technology and systems
- Strong analytical & communication skills, willingness to learn mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Prior experience with HTML, SQL is a bonus
- Prior experience with email/reporting/database engines is a bonus
