Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Frontend Developer at Zavior in Singapore. The Frontend Developer will be responsible for building and maintaining the user-facing parts of our web applications. The role will involve close collaboration with backend developers and UX/UI designers to create intuitive, responsive, and high-performance web interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain user-friendly React.js applications.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend with APIs and backend services.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement responsive, cross-browser compatible web applications.
- Optimize frontend code for performance and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to refine and improve user experiences.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring smooth functionality across multiple browsers and devices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in frontend development.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with state management libraries like Redux and React Context.
- Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Understanding of modern frontend build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, NPM).
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integrating them with frontend applications.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design best practices.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred, but practical experience is highly valued).
