Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify market trends and customer needs.
• Product Roadmaps: Assist in the formulation of product roadmaps and feature specifications aligned with strategic objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to prototype, test, and refine product features.
• Product Launch Support: Support the product launch process, including documentation, communication, and user training.
• Ongoing Enhancements: Contribute to ongoing product enhancements and updates based on user feedback and industry insights.
• Operational Efficiency: Help streamline and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Completed at least 1 year of studies in a Diploma/Bachelor/Master program in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
• Agile Knowledge: Familiarity with agile software development processes is advantageous.
