Job Description
  • Assist with daily sales operations including handling general and order-related enquiries via various platforms (including phone, email and IG DMs), and ensuring smooth and seamless pre and post-sales customer service.

  • Organize and manage day to day deliveries, including printing of invoices and sending out of reminder emails to clients.

  • Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving order processing and fulfillment-related issues.

  • Conceptualize customized cake designs and create quotations and invoices for order processing based on client requirements.

  • Responsible for ensuring all orders are communicated to the production team and resolving production-related issues in cooperation with the team.

  • Manage and resolve all customer service recovery issues working in collaboration with the Manager.

  • Managing inventory and ordering.

  • Responsible for managing the operations of the online e-commerce website, including managing inventory levels, uploading of products, and resolving user experience feedback.
